1st time at the Lincolnton location, and they have kept their reputation that I've gotten from them at their other 2 locations. Food was great, atmosphere is fun, wait staff was excellent. If you like coffee, you need a Cafe Bon Bon. The sandwiches are amazing, I love the queso frito, and they have the absolute BEST tres leches cake.

Went in on Saturday for a good breakfast, and since Cuban food is so similar to Puerto Rican cuisine , I was excited to dig in! Sam was our server and she was amazing — super attentive and made sure I got my order in just before breakfast ended . To start, I had a cortadito and a ham & cheese croqueta — both were the perfect warm-up for my taste buds. For my main, I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with pepper jack cheese and asked if the ham could be warmed up. Sam made sure it came out just right! Hubby had a glass of fresh orange juice and two rellenos de papa (potato balls) — and let me tell you, those were ! The food was soooo good — seriously, the eggs were perfectly fluffy, even inside the sandwich . Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water! Later, I ordered a cafe bonbon but asked for the espresso to not be sweetened — and it hit the spot perfectly. Smooth, rich, and bold . The only tiny hiccup was the whipped cream on the tres leches cake — it had a bit of a chemical taste, which was a little off. But the cake itself was still solid! I really loved the palm trees and decor, which gave the place such a laid-back, tropical vibe. My only suggestion would be to maybe brighten it up just a bit — it felt a little dark inside, so a touch more lighting or a fresh color palette could really enhance the atmosphere. Sam also told us about the fun events and live bands they host — I definitely want to come back and check those out!

This was our first time here and my first time with Cuban food. Needless to say, the food speaks for itself. I had the fried pork with the rice and black beans. My husband had the Cuban. This is now my favorite place to eat. Mr. JC the owner is beyond welcoming and truly genuine!!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!! Until next time.

Excellent Cuban sandwich and coffee. Only complaint is that the sandwich should have been served hotter, like cheese so hot it burns your mouth. Other than that, great coffee and plantains and garlic sauce. Cool place, lovely staff. Worth the drive to get there. And I guess they have Salsa dancing some weekends.

Awesome Cuban Sandwhich! I have been to two other Miami Fusion Cafe locations and can say this one is just as good as the others! Pretty impressed that they have been able to maintain the quality in several locations. Sometimes growth and added locations lose quality, but not with Miami Fusion! Perfect portions of Roast pork & Ham. Pickles were good and just the right amount of mustard. Had their Dulce Leche Cake. It was good but didnt have that sweetness of Dulce Leche. Pretty mild flavor, just a hint of Dulce Leche but perfect for the person that doesn't like extremely sweet deserts. Will definitely come back!
